Measurement Guidelines

Use feet and inches to the nearest 1/4” to measure all walls in the space - include doors (indicate swing direction), windows and cased openings - do your best sketch - don’t worry, we can interpret chicken scratch:)

Mark all permanent elements in the room - floor vents, fireplaces, light fixtures, built-ins, ect.

Measure the ceiling hight

Measure any furniture, rugs or fixtures you plan on keeping.
